This is very unfortunate timing as Anne indicates.  I am not sure what happened to Wednesdays (which was the original day we had these meetings), but having them on Thursdays in direct overlap with SubPro is an issue.  Obviously for me SubPro will always have to take precedence.

Hi all – I accepted these calls but just noticed after accepting that they appear to conflict with a regular weekly meeting of the Subsequent Procedures WG, which will severely limit opportunity for Jeff Neuman, as Sub Pro Chair and Rubens Kuhl, who is in Sub Pro Leadership, to participate in NCAP discussions.

I recall asking that NCAP avoid conflicts with Sub Pro meetings in our Friday meeting at ICANN 66.  Did anyone check this?
