Thanks Matt.  I have one nit and I do not hope it extends the last call.

In the document we state several times “Since the 2012 round of TLD delegations,…”   Technically we still have ongoing delegations from the 2012 round.  So, to make it a date more certain, should we could state any one of the below:


  1.  Since the 2012 New gTLD round opened….
  2.  Since the first new gTLDs were delegated in the 2012 round….
  3.  Since 2012 when the new gTLD round opened……

Any of those would work.  I am sure there are other ways to state it as well.  Again, Sorry for the nit, but want to make the time period clear.  Otherwise I think it is good to go.
