    Here is the latest draft of Study 1, which is the version we intend to open the public comment on tomorrow, Thursday, 13 February.
    
    In this version Karen has addressed the most recent comments from the Discussion Group. I apologize for sending this version with so little time before our scheduled call, but the changes from the previous version are relatively minor. They are all tracked and easy to spot. (The public comment version will not show the tracked changes.)
