[NCAP-Discuss] Future NCAP Meetings

Folks,

As you know ICANN has converted ICANN67 Cancún into a remote only 
meeting.  Since we had been scheduled for an all day meeting on Friday, 
6 March, we would have been permitted to have an all day video 
conference instead.

However, the Admin team decided not to do this.  We have decided to 
cancel the Friday, 6 March, meeting.  As it turns out many other ICANN 
groups are reshaping their all day meetings: some are canceling 
altogether, some are shortening their meetings, and some are splitting 
their meetings.  So, we are in good company.

What we will do instead is restart our weekly teleconferences.  The NCAP 
Discussion Group will begin our weekly meetings again, at our usual 
time, on Wednesday, 25 March 2020.  We will plan to meet weekly until 
ICANN68.

Please note: NCAP will always have a face-to-face meeting on the day 
before each ICANN meeting going forward.  Please plan your travel 
accordingly.

Of course, ICANN is evaluating the impact of COVID-19 on ICANN68 Kuala 
Lumpur.  It is possible the meeting might also be converted to a remote 
only meeting.

Regardless, please plan to be available for an all day NCAP meeting on 
Sunday, 21 June 2020, including the possibility of a fully remote 
meeting.  The NCAP Admin Team will be preparing accordingly.

continue in earnest after ICANN67.
