As Rod said SSAC is looking at the overall issues as we have announced on our announcement of ongoing activities. At the same time SSAC never guarantee any output or result from the activities (for example if the conclusion is that SSAC believe if we say something will not help, or even make the situation more confusing).

Having SSAC comment on individual documents "just because" is not an efficient use of SSAC time. That said, SSAC have historically (and that's why I as former chair is responding) referenced many documents when we write our conclusions.
