[NCAP-Discuss] brief slide deck for updating the ICANN Board BTC

Attached is a brief slide deck the co-chairs put together to represent 
our revised project proposal.  The ICANN Board’s Board Technical 
Committee (BTC) will be meeting on Tuesday and it’s been suggested we 
provide an update, hence the slide deck.

Just wanted to keep everyone informed.
