Thanks Jim. At this link I am still getting a message that I must be logged in to a Google account in order to make suggestions in the document. Maybe Kimberly can help?

[EXTERNAL]

Wow. Thanks so much for the response to reviewing the document. I learned an important lesson: always check the sharing settings!

I put the document on the ICANN shared external Google drive for this project and just assumed the document would inherit the right set of privileges. Well, the default privileges are not quite what we need for this document. In particular, while members of the discussion group should have been able to view and comment in the document, the default is not to let anyone outside of the group to have any access.

I have to say I’m truly impressed with the number of people who are apparently keeping up with the public archive. I got quite a lot of requests for access to see the document overnight.

I have now changed the privileges on this document so anyone with the link can view. Only discussion group members will be able to comment, suggest changes, or edit directly.

The link is the same. Here it is again anyway:

Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks again to all those who are tracking so carefully!

Jim
