The action items recorded are as follows:


  *   Action item: Root Cause Analysis document is subject to consensus of the DG. The document will be circulated to the Discussion Group when Casey has it prepared.
  *   Action item: Matt will forward some information to the Discussion Group regarding the ad measurements. Expect this later in the week or next week.

NOTE: There will be no DG meeting on 27 July.
