[NCAP-Discuss] NCAP survey forms on DNS suffix usage

Hello all,

I am preparing to distribute two different communications soliciting input about the internal use of DNS suffixes under new gTLDs.  The first is targeted to organizations for which such patterns have been observed.  The second is a more general survey, which I intend to send to NANOG and possibly other similar organizations (as I brace myself for the inevitable rants that will ensue).

Your feedback on the forms (attached) is requested at your earliest convenience.  I expect to begin sending these out within the next 24 hours.
