  3.  Continue discussions on the Study 2 draft document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oPmy0MVRcqkjOzh-OvJRMomYc76TYxvQSXjbEG8LV9w/edit> (PDF attached) (see section: Controlled Interruption vs. Passive Collision Assessment). Questions under discussion (carried from last week):
     *   Is passive collision assessment really non-disruptive?
     *   What criteria can we offer that scopes high-risk labels?
  4.  Technical Review Team - functional requirements of the group (see Google doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/12Jx7x3lg0B3wbBa1yBjKebYpHAsX4izMYKcsHtjga-c/edit> or PDF attached)
