As captured in the notes, the decision and action item recorded during the meeting were:
Decision: The Discussion Group reached a full consensus decision to adopt the two Root Cause Analysis documents (Root Cause Analysis – New gTLD Collisions<https://community.icann.org/display/NCAP/Study+2+Documents?preview=/202703150/228786908/Root%20Cause%20Analysis%20-%20new%20gTLD.pdf>; and Root Cause Analysis - wpad.domain.name<file:///Users/jennifer.bryce/Downloads/Root%20Cause%20Analysis%20-%20wpad.domain.name.pdf>).
Action item: Heather will work with Matt and Suzanne to make updates to the Study 2 Sections 1-3 based on discussions on the 18 January meeting around systemic risk, and the telemetry and measurement sections of the report.
