I agree with Anne.

Also, as a complementary note, Recommendation 9 says to create a 
“Collision String List”.  So, I would say we have a choice 
editorially throughout the document.

The Board Resolutions refer to the “list of Collision Strings”.  We 
should either use that phrase throughout, as appropriate, or use the 
phrase we specify in the recommendation: “Collision String List”.

Admittedly this may already be fine, but if you’re going to be 
checking Michael then I would check both usages and ensure they are 
consistent.
