phase yet. In my view, we are trying to develop an assessment tool that ICANN can use to assess Impact by assessing Volume and Diversity of name collisions for a particular string. As I understand it, after the initial test, the proposed Technical Review
Committee can make a recommendation to the Board regarding proceeding to Enhanced Controlled Interruption. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
