I support the ALAC Statement on the IDN Prioritization in the New gTLD 
Program Targeted at the ICANN Board published at the following url :

I feel it's imperative that the IDN gtlds be given priority in the 
batching process, given the fact that the International Community has 
endured enough waiting to partake in the Internet infrastructure.
