Dear Jean-Baptiste, All

Thank you for your email, and I'd like to express my appreciation for the
decision.  The decision has huge implications for the Noncommercial
Constituencies, especially NPOC.  We look forward to the next steps and to
increase NPOC participation in the ICANN ecosystem.
