Hi all NPOCers !

I wanted to start this friday with harmony inside me. So, I've to express
my voice as a member of the Excom, without any pressure.

@Cintra : good questions are yours about the who ant the why ! It's normal.
NPOC is just a part of a democratic, transparent and accountable
institution etc.  But, please, let me say that these questions are not
useful again in this state of situation. One thing I can only tell you (as
you are a former member of the Excom, as so I'm considering you as an
adviser or a councellor for the new one, the one I belong to) is that was
discussed among the Excom list with e Joan and Martin (the newcomers,
coopted (I was not present) in the Excom), who were not voted by the NPOC
community (youre right to be anxious etc. ).
I was only informed of that new discussion list there on the Excom list.

@Rudi, Cintra and all NPOCers : what is important now IMHO is to wish that
mailing list be really efficient, for a "closer collaboration and good
interaction among members". Fantastic program !

I will support it, Rudi, only if the "NPOC-discuss" mailing list is really
pubic and archived. Not under the control of a few persons. Democratic.

Who else would support it ?

It will be very good if anybody in this "NPOC-discuss" list could react on
this email to prove their existence.

Please, just one +1 or OK or ACK to aknowledge us that you have received
this message and inside the list..

It's quite sufficient for me, your humble servant, the Chair of the NPOC
Comunications Committee to count you in. Please do participate.
