Hello NPOC Members,

I sent an email a few days ago to introduce myself, Joan Kerr, Membership
Chair to the NPOC list.  As I stated in the email, I would be sending you
the NPOC election timeline, please see below.

Please find attached information regarding the roles & responsibilities of
the various positions.
