[Npoc-discuss] Election Timeline

Hi Cintra,

Actually, the timeline is correct.  Please take a moment and review it and
you will see that It states that the election is June 30th, so there is
more than 60 days notice.  I have only sent out the timeline to apprise
members of the timeline, it was not an election notice. The formal
notification comes from the Communications Chair.

I was given a timeline for the election and I have kept it on track in
terms of my specific role, so it's valid.
