Maryam, could you please be so kind and send out the details on how to 
connect with the agenda as a reminder to the NPOC membership on Monday

James, could you please promote the meeting to the NCUC members. Maryam 
might be able to extent the invitation to participate in the meeting to 
the NCUC membership. Please act and co-ordinate as appropriate.
