[Npoc-discuss] Nomination chair Policy Committee

Dear Rudi,
Dear All,

I feel honoured to be nominated by our Chair. I feel honoured because 
Rudi has been a great example to me how he has worked hard on Policy 
Development in the GNSO, particularly on translation and 
transliteration. I have come to learn that the GNSO is ALL ABOUT POLICY 
DEVELOPMENT, and that we in the NCSG have a big responsibility. I have 
followed Rudi`s path in the Council. Right now I Co Chair the work with 
the ccNSO on the use of Countries and Territory Names. I also have a big 
responsibility in the Competition Review.

And, as an independent consultant I´m to the limits of my capacity to 
spend more time, mentoring a whole new generation that has come to NPCO 
thanks to ICANN fellowships and other programs.  Believe me, this is the 
best investment we can do on NPOC: work on real policy development and 
at the same time mentor our young members. But right now I don`t have a 
rich uncle that can finance me to do this work responsibly.
