[Npoc-discuss] NPOC Charter review announcement and timetable

I'm voluntering to work on this task.
This is the first time, I guess, NPOC will review it charter.
The actual context of the ICANN is new.
It will be a tremendous moment to live.
Please do join US in doing this exercice.
