[Npoc-discuss] NPOC Base Document

Dear NPOC members

 From time to time it is necessary for any organizations to review its 
Mission and Vision and to remind itself what it is all about. For this 
reason the new NPOC EC had started to create a Base document and this 
document is now available. (attached). This document will serve us on 
many levels from the outreach strategy to the Charter review we are just 
engaged in. I encourage all NPOC members to review the attached base 
document. If you have any questions or suggestions, please share them 
with us all.
