Hi Sam and everyone else,

We are still in the process of making modifications and reading the whole
thing through. Joan suggested us to have a weekly charter workshop remotely
on Mondays until it's ready to be sent back to the staff again, and I think
that's a good idea. To be honest, I'd want to be at that point in two weeks
time, at the end of July. I'll try and copypaste the rest of the valid
sections that are still missing from the version 3.1. in the course of
today and tomorrow.
