[Npoc-discuss] Visa problem

Hi Everyone,

NPOC choice for LAC Leader representative denied entrance to Panama due to
visa problem.

I was told that ICANN would assist him with the visa upon arrival in Panama.
We were looking forward to develop new leaders in every region that ICANN
meetings are held.

I am so sorry that has happened.
