[Npoc-discuss] Secretariat Position

Hello all.
>From Bamako, republic of Mali, i would like to add my voice to :
1°) renew my faith in Joan Kerr for a second term as thé Chair nof NPOC.
2°) Support Ore as the new Secretariat to replace me as she as already
starter.
3°) and Juan Manuel to continue chairing the communication team in which i
will fully engaged.
