[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Caleb Ogundele as Communications Chair

Hi Olevie,
Caleb worked on the website, which is really looking great. He is always
asking for pictures and policy comments to post. Hopefully, this is
something that the EC can provide more frequently in the next term. As we
go forward to focus on our members more intently.
