[Npoc-discuss] The new charter of NPOC - members' review

Hello all.
Greetings from Ndjamena, republic of Chad where I have participated at the
8th edition  of the African Governance Forum (AfIGF) as one of the
rapporteurs of the Africa Union Commission (AUC).

Dear Vice-Chair,
The statement looks to very nice to me.
Even for the open of a bank account in Estonia. It's a good opportunity to
taste. The History will retain that the NPOC was a precurssor of such an
initiative.
I fully conccur.
Kudo to the NPOC in the global IG ecosystem.
