[Npoc-discuss] The new charter of NPOC - members' review

Hi Judith and Raoul

Thanks for the discussion.
If its for observers purpose can we then be specific because in the near
future most of us may not be there to start explanation or interpretation
in this regard.
I really don't know the haste in closing discussion. For goodness sake we
are discussing our charter and this is comment period.
Instead of asking for closure, can we allow the comment period to elapse
naturally.
Its better we discuss matters arising from the charter than endless
interpretation there after.
