[Npoc-discuss] Report from NPOC Executive Committee (Sep. 17, 2019)

Sorry Joan am lost, that FC is independent is not in doubt, but he fact
that NPOC appoints representative to it behoves we know especially EC knows
and work closely with such a rep to help in ensuring goals are achieved
rather than working across purposes.
This can only be achieved via inviting such rep to EC meetings for update
and to take feedback where necessary.
