[Npoc-discuss] Voter list note

Dear all,

Just for the record, I need to point out that NPOC
voter list at

https://members.ncsg.is/public-voters-list_npoc

has an error: Effi's representative should be me,
not Timo Karjalainen.

This apparently cannot be corrected on the site due to a technical
limitation of the software (it assumes an organization's
representative in NPOC is always same as in NCSG, which is not the
case for Effi).

Maryam has assured me ballots will be sent to correct addresses
anyway, so this is just a note to avoid misunderstandings.
