Dear NPOC Members,

I am delighted to write in strong support of Mr. Juan Manuel Rojas
candidacy for the position of Chair of the Not-for-Profit Operational
Concerns Constituency (NPOC) within ICANN.

Juan's dedication to ICANN has been unwavering since 2011, where he has
held numerous positions within various organizations and working groups,
demonstrating a deep understanding of the processes and principles of
ICANN. His expertise and commitment to the NPOC have been instrumental in
many of its achievements. As Policy Chair and a member of the Executive
Committee, he has effectively demonstrated his leadership skills and his
commitment to the NPOC's mission.

I am confident that Juan will excel in the role of NPOC Chair. His
commitment to the position is unquestionable, as evidenced by his readiness
to dedicate a significant portion of his time to the role each week. Juan's
ongoing involvement in Transfer Policy Review PDP WG and the Council
Committee for Overseeing and Implementing Continuous Improvement further
solidify his commitment to the betterment of ICANN and NPOC.

In conclusion, I highly endorse Juan Manuel Rojas for the position of NPOC
Chair. His expertise, commitment, and vision make him an excellent
candidate for the role.

Sincerely,

Caleb Ogundele
