<span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(76,76,76);font-family:Arial,Verdana,Helvetica,sans-serif">General Counsel & Secretary John Jeffrey then explained the general approval process that the ICANN Board and organization is following regarding the proposed acquisition of PIR. He also</span><span style="font-size:14px;color:rgb(76,76,76)"> provided a historical overview of the proposed acquisition of PIR and also offered an explanation of ICANN’s role in reviewing a Change of Control and Entity Conversion for the proposed transfer of ownership of PIR from ISOC to Ethos Capital.</span>
