<p style="font-size:small;margin-bottom:0in"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">I am
following up on the email sent by the NCSG Chair. As the email
states, due to the new ICANN travel deadline requiring 120 days to
process travel plans.<br></font></p>
<p style="font-size:small;margin-bottom:0in"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">The best
possible option that evolved is to align the election dates making it
easier for the election processes, including the Stakeholder Group
and Constituencies elected positions.<br></font></p>
<p style="font-size:small;margin-bottom:0in"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">All
Executive Committee members are elected on an annual basis. More info
on the duties, responsibilities and criteria can be found here:

<p style="font-size:small;margin-bottom:0in"><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Please
note that the period from the election to taking office is four (4)
months. The term begins in October.<br></font></p>
