This is another election year where we put the the round pegs in the round<br>
holes. Leadership is a big task where we review past actions and ask<br>
leaders who are worthy of those positions to continue to serve.<br>
<br>
On this note I'd like to nominate Ioana Stupariu for NPOC Secretariat and<br>
Oreoluwa Lesi for Communications Chair.<br>
<br>
I believe Ioana has a very strong organizational project management skills<br>
sets which she can bring the experience to bear having seen some of those<br>
demonstrated initiative outside NPOC.<br>
Additionally, Oreoluwa Lesi has demonstrated a strong work ethic as the<br>
outgoing Secretary and I believe she can still make a better contribution<br>
to the organisation via her great communication skills sets.<br>
