Sorry for the double-posting. Tomorrow is a valuable webinar on the <br>
draft rules for New gTLDs. The Webinar will provide an overview of <br>
changes to Applicant Support, Challenge & Appeal mechanisms, <br>
Communication Applications, Auctions (via ICANN and also proposed <br>
rules for "private auctions:) and much more!<br>
<br>
The Webinar will be run by the Co-Chairs of the oddly-name "Subsequent <br>
Procedures Policy Development Process Working Group" ("SubPro WG") <br>
which has spent over 4 years reviewing the old "New gTLD Applicant <br>
Guidebook" and writing a revised one. The revisions are now out for <br>
public comment - and due this month. Do you like them? Will they <br>
help the Global South, Noncommercial organizations, and other groups <br>
that had a tough time competing in the first round of New gTLDs (2012).<br>
<br>
As this work represents a large part of current policy development, it <br>
is a timely Webinar - and a great place to learn more!<br>
<br>
Also, if you want to volunteer to help with the comments, please let <br>
Rafik know!<br>
