[NPOC-EC] Canadian bank account

Hi Sam, All

Nice to speak with you again and thanks for agreeing to continue with the
Canadian bank account that you and I are signatories on.  As I mentioned,
the EC agreed to have the bank account remains open until further notice.

Since there is no funds, the Canadian Revenue Agency does not require
filing at this time.
