As we discussed a few months ago, your term as the NPOC Finance Committee
representative comes to an end in June.

The EC has appointed Sam Lanfranco as new representative.  His term
initiates on June 24th to align with the new elections timeline.

On behalf of the NPOC Executive Committee, I would like to thank you for
representing NPOC on the FC.

I have include Sam on this email, and he is aware of the time and date for
his appointment.
