Diamant Room.*



Our Africa Session at ICANN65 will examine one aspect of the impact of the
Strategy Implementation and ICANN’s overall work in Africa focusing on
the *Overall
Effective Participation of the Africa Community in ICANN activities (and
Policy Development* *processes).* Specifically, we will present a summary
statistics on how the Africa Community has engaged in ICANN in the last
five years; we will also engage the SO / AC leaders  (from Africa) on their
take on the statistics , and solicit their views on possible causes as well
as suggested remedial actions, be it from ICANN org, the Board as well as
the community.
