Thanks for getting in touch. To start preparing these materials, I’d propose to set up a call soon so we can go into the detail in terms of content, format, audience, etc. that you envisage.

We could also take the opportunity of a call to touch on your ideas for the overall outreach strategy for the year, mentioned recently as part of the CROP process.

When would be a good date / time for a call? For instance, do you have availability during the week of July 9?
(Or we can send a doodle poll to find a suitable time)
