Hi Andrea,

Following this request from Joan, can you also remove Joan from our other communications channels such as THE SKYPE, mailing list of NPOC Discuss and that of the EC.

Since Glenn is just a member and not ex officer, you will just need to add him to NPOC Discuss after updating the CIVICRM.
