Hello all!

I can support your call on Monday at 14 UTC. It is 15 UTC I am not available. The doodle poll shows everyone available at 14 UTC on Monday, except Emmanuel.

Best,
Brenda

That doesn't work for Brenda, so how about Wednesday at 14 UTC?

I have a work weekly meeting on Mondays. Can I suggest 14 UTC for all? I did not get that option in the doodle poll @ brenda so i just selected 15 UTC.

Can we make it that time one hour less for me to have full participation.

Update: @Brenda Brewer<mailto:brenda.brewer at icann.org> @Andrea Glandon<mailto:andrea.glandon at icann.org>

I'm adding "MemberShip Activity and Outreach Plan Engagement to the Agenda"
as well as

" NomCom Rebalancing - Action Plan"

Caleb

Dear all,

We'll add this on the agenda for the 10.10.2022 EC meeting.

Brenda, could you make a doodle for us on the appropriate time for it. We'll try to accommodate Jean's and Bikram's time zone, as well as Caleb's so the window is really quite small. I'd suggest we doodle these time alternatives: 14 UTC, 15 UTC, 16 UTC and see what is the most appropriate, to get most of our EC on it.

Here's the agenda so far:

1. Communication platform (Jean F + Bolutife)
2. Changes to the guidelines or charter on appointing the NCSG EC member (Caleb)
3. Current policy development (Juan + Raoul)
4. Changing name of our constituency from Not-for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency to Not-for-Profit Organizations' Constituency (Raoul)

If there's anything else you think that should be brought on the agenda, please share your view by 7.10.2022.

-Raoul

Hello.

I'm usually flexible and used to attend strange hours so one way or another we'll find a way.

Doodle works though I am thinking one platform I have may help with these things moving forward.
Let's go the Doodle way.

Jean.

Dear all,
I think a Doodle will be the best option to select the time to do it. Please be advise about Jean F's time due to the time differences between all of us and that we should do it according to his schedule and availability.

October 10th is also good for me. I will hope the Doodle to select the time and add it to my agenda.

Hi Jean,

Thanks for reaching out again.

The 10th is also a good date for me. If 10th is okay by other EC members, we can create a doodle poll to choose the best time for everyone considering our different timezones.

Let me know what you think.

Best,
Bolutife.

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well.

My name is Jean F. Queralt and I am reaching out concerning some conversations with Raoul to explore how to support NPOC, among other ways through exploring tooling for help with tasks.

I understand Raoul (and maybe some other Chairs) are having a break at the moment so I propose organizing a call for sometime in the week of 10th October.

Looking forward to it.

Best,
