This is a member call notification from NCSG EC.

I noticed for the last term NCUC and NCSG had representative but NPOC
didn't have one on this committee.
Obviously the information was never sent to me NCSG EC for me to know as
all SO/AC chair concerned were in copy.

So, I will be drafting a membership call to stimulate and call them to
submit EOI to join the membership.

Following the 2022 AGM, some council members terms have ended, and we
are reaching out to request that you appoint another council member to
the Council Committee for Overseeing and Implementing Continuous
Improvement (CCOICI).

As a reminder, this committee has the following composition:

Please take into account that membership is reserved for Council
members. Should you appoint someone who will no longer be on the Council
