I've known that At large room is fully scheduled, so we will need a signup room for this meeting. I just talked with Augusto today and he is agree onto that.

I think we might need to sign up a room for this. 

My preference if the team agrees with me is that we do it at the AT-LARGE room if it is not all booked up. 

When is the deadline to sign up for rooms?

Currently trying to get a  joint collaborative outreach with NCUC like we did in Malaysia?

1. Welcome by Chairs of LACRALO and NPOC

2. Outreach Coordinators of both Constituency discuss the overview of the meeting and expectations

3. Differences between  LACRALO and NPOC

4. Cross-Community Policy Collaboration and Joint Webinars (Juan and LACRALO Rep

5. Release of Joint Communique

6. Members' Engagement and Feedback

Propose time is 1:30 minutes

My name is Caleb and I'm the Membership Chair of the Not For Profit Operational Concern (NPOC) under the NCSG SO/AC.

We understand your region is hosting the next ICANN meeting as well as you having your General Assembly.

NPOC is currently planning her collaborative engagement strategy for the Cancun meeting and we would like to partner with you to have one engagement session to discuss issues of interest to both our constituencies.

This email is a formal request on our proposal for the joint outreach session at the Cancun meeting.

The key action line for both NPOC and LACRALO is to first agree to the joint meeting and then agree to a joint topic of interest or discussion that benefits both parties and then work on an agenda.
