This will be in a sign-up room, not on the schedule and no services. You all just need to let me know when you would like me to reserve the room. They sign-up rooms aren’t available yet, but once they are I will reserve the room.

Wednesday afternoon is the GNSO Council then the outreach and engagement with the GSE Regional VPs.  Thursday afternoon 13:15-14:30 is GNSO Council Wrap Up, 15:00-16:00 is the ICANN Board meeting, 16:30-17:30 is closing cocktail.  

The sign up rooms usually do not open until right before the meeting, after the schedule has been posted, so you can decide at that time.

I think the day depends of our schedule, I haven't seen yet so I think the best will be schedule it on Wednesday or Thursday, what are more flexible for arrange meetings due to are the final days of our week. Could you check how will be our agenda on those days?

I think we might need to sign up a room for this.

My preference if the team agrees with me is that we do it at the AT-LARGE room if it is not all booked up. 

When is the deadline to sign up for rooms?

Currently trying to get a  joint collaborative outreach with NCUC like we did in Malaysia?

We understand your region is hosting the next ICANN meeting as well as you having your General Assembly.

NPOC is currently planning her collaborative engagement strategy for the Cancun meeting and we would like to partner with you to have one engagement session to discuss issues of interest to both our constituencies.
