Unfortunately, I do not know the location of the sign-up rooms yet and once they open we will just need to take what we can get as there are several requests already for sign-up rooms. The most important piece of information that I need is when you want the room. I can’t schedule anything unless I know the date and time.

If you are going to use a sign-up room then it has to be during one of the schedule blocks. On Saturday, the NPOC Membership session is the last block of the day. On Sunday, the slot Juan Manuel mentioned is during a GNSO Council working session, so if that isn’t a conflict that slot could work. If you choose to not use a sign-up room, please let me know.

I think our best options could be on Saturday, after our meeting or Sunday at same time Council Meeting (from 16:30 to 17:30). After that I do not how it will be LACRALO Leaders managing their schedule but they will have their GA what can be problematic for find a slot.
If there's no slot available on any of these days, maybe we could try some day earlier than schedule starts (I mean before 9 am). Or Maybe we could arrange some informal meeting at the Hotel, but we should to chat them to make it possible.
I hope this can be helpful to find a slot to meet them.

Wednesday afternoon is the GNSO Council then the outreach and engagement with the GSE Regional VPs.  Thursday afternoon 13:15-14:30 is GNSO Council Wrap Up, 15:00-16:00 is the ICANN Board meeting, 16:30-17:30 is closing cocktail.



The sign up rooms usually do not open until right before the meeting, after the schedule has been posted, so you can decide at that time.

NPOC is currently planning her collaborative engagement strategy for the Cancun meeting and we would like to partner with you to have one engagement session to discuss issues of interest to both our constituencies.
