[NPOC-EC] Joint Outreach Engagement with LACRALO

Hey Caleb and all, 
Thanks to At-Large staff we have booked  a signup room for Sunday 12th from 16:30 to 17:30. There won't be translations services but I hope all of us can make it. 

I think we should plan what topics are we going to discuss about.

I'm just following up on our earlier proposal for a joint outreach session.
@Juan Manuel Rojas a member of our EC and a member of LACRALO informed me that you will like us to advance the conversation.

Here is my proposal for some agenda items we can consider
1. Welcome by Chairs of LACRALO and NPOC2. Outreach Coordinators of both Constituency discuss the overview of the meeting and expectations3. Differences between  LACRALO and NPOC4. Cross-Community Policy Collaboration and Joint Webinars (Juan and LACRALO Rep5. Release of Joint Communique6. Members' Engagement and Feedback
Propose time is 1:30 minutes

My name is Caleb and I'm the Membership Chair of the Not For Profit Operational Concern (NPOC) under the NCSG SO/AC.
We understand your region is hosting the next ICANN meeting as well as you having your General Assembly.
NPOC is currently planning her collaborative engagement strategy for the Cancun meeting and we would like to partner with you to have one engagement session to discuss issues of interest to both our constituencies.
This email is a formal request on our proposal for the joint outreach session at the Cancun meeting.
The key action line for both NPOC and LACRALO is to first agree to the joint meeting and then agree to a joint topic of interest or discussion that benefits both parties and then work on an agenda.
