[NPOC-EC] [Ext] Re: UPCOMING-SubPro IRT Representatives

Hi Andrea and all, 
I know SubPro discussions are relevant especially because Board is starting to announce the new round of gTLDs soon,  so it's up to you if we make a call for members that already had been involved in SubPro discussions. I think we have time to decide it before the official opening. 

Who else from EC is interested on this Review Team? It is a good opportunity to learn about Policy because there are some recommendations what not had adopted. I offer myself if there's no any other people interested.

I think our representatives should be those who was involved in SubPro WG previously because an IRT is based on the WG outputs. For someone who already was on the WG is easier to revisited the issues already discussed than someone totally new. I think that Policy Transition participants could be the alternate.

Andrea, are you able to check who was our representative on that WG? I don't remember it.

Our representatives will be different from NCUC? 

It will be good to have our members who are currently in the policy transition program. Most if the modules & exercise are around the SubPro. @Katy made mention of this during ICANN76.
