Dear all,
I agree into recognize them as active even if they can't vote on this election. We will have another in one year and they will like to participate and feeling part of.

In that case I'm fine with that. He doesn't have to vote as long as the check in is to recognize him as an active member.
Thank you.

Hi Caleb,

Voting is anonymous so the best way to confirm membership is by those who checked in, we have no way of knowing who actually voted. He will show as checked in.

Kind Regards,

Andrea

OK then. You don't have to send him a ballot as long as we don't loose him as a member.

My emphasis is based on earlier decision by the EC that only members who vote during this election shows that they are active.

Therefore inactive members will be removed.

If is membership is not removed because he couldn't vote then I'm most comfortable with that.

Hello Caleb,

I have removed the member from this email.

I want to make sure that the EC understands the situation here. This member was able to check-in, but didn’t do so until early this morning. You had told me that this member’s check-in link didn’t work and he alerted you by WhatsApp, but you did not reach out to me. It is clear to me that their link did work, because there is a check-in recorded in Civi, but it was not done by the deadline.  As I told you via Skype, I am not comfortable with sending this member a ballot, but I will follow whatever the EC decides. I have also spoken to Carlos about this so he is aware.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,

Andrea

Hi Andrea,

Can you kindly allow this fellow exercise his voting franchise.

Copying the EC for the records.
