Unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulties joining our meeting today. I have an urgent appointment to sign my new job contract at a location in a nearby city. I have a scheduled meeting with the Human Resources office this morning.

I apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience this may cause to your schedules.

Given that our main topic of discussion pertains to ICANN79, I will remain attentive to explore the possibility of rescheduling.
