[NPOC-EC] Reminder-ICANN79 Design & Translation Deadlines

Dear Andrea, 
I think we will need new designs but could be better to further plans, i.e. ICANN 80 or 81. Please confirm if we already have our materials on Spanish, but I think we do. 
Even if we will need new designs it is not time enough to prepare all materials to do it.

Dear NPOC EC,

Please see below the deadlines for ICANN79 design and translation. As a reminder, there is no printing for ICANN Public Meetings anymore.

18 JANUARY 2024: DESIGN DEADLINE:
If you require design assistance for your publication, you need to provide all the text, images, layout, and publication type/size requirements (i.e. one-pager vs. trifold, etc.). You will receive a maximum of 2 iterations of the publication. Please provide everything by 18 JANUARY.  Due to budget constraints, please keep in mind that all materials, new or updated, need to be evergreen.

30 JANUARY 2023: TRANSLATION DEADLINE:
If your publication requires translation, please provide the final material(s) by 30 JANUARY. This ensures that there is enough time to translate the publication by the start of the meeting, with the possibility of potential changes. If your materials require design assistance (outlined above), please note that the final materials will have to be complete, including the edit/approval process, by this deadline to be translated.
